New firmware version 3GX Align

V2.0 is Available 2012-03-06

Align offers new version of firmware for 3GX Flaybarless System. The new V2.0 update is now available for download and features enhancements.

After upgrading to V2.0, the improvement in stability stable hovering and needs more reaction will be felt immediately. The updated compensation pirouetting feels as if this is a Completely different gyro. The flight mode setting feature added Enables fine tuning of swashplate travel and cyclic pitch roll rate, and acceleration along with Dampening function. 3GX Flight Mode Improvements ● Easier takeoffs, will not tip over due to correction of cyclic pitch, similar to flybar helicopters. ● Higher stability stable hovering, more needs to hover maneuvers. For pilots with more emphasis on hovering maneuvers, cyclic pitch function Can Be disabled to Achieve more linear corrections. ● More stable fast forward helicopter flights regardless of size; Between smoother transition maneuvers. ● Added cyclic and collective Dampening function, for more stable flight and Reduced power consumption. ● Added cyclic and collective pitch pump function, Providing extra power is smoother 3D maneuvers. ● Improved pirouetting and compensation adjustment added instruction, further Top Improving pirouetting axial point








3GX v2.0 Setting Changes and Warnings
● Cyclic Pitch need to be in September to 8 degrees while in DIR mode, it is the basis used for Other Settings. Should roll rate change is needed, it needs to be changed in the cyclic pitch speed setting Within flight mode setup.
● The setting parameter is now independent of size helicopter. First turn the elevator and aileron gain dial back to 12 o'clock position, the basic setup parameters, and helicopter Should fly smoothly and stable regardless of size. Then the pilot Can fine tune flight characteristics using gain dials.
● Added flight mode setting function, Allowing cyclic pitch and roll rate limit travel adjustability, cyclic and collective pitch Dampening and speedup function.
● Eliminated most swashplate related parameters, Replaced with flight mode setting parameters.
● Warning: Channel 1 and channel 3 can not be reversed. Satellite receivers can not be too close During power up. (Beyond Distance 30cm)
Added ● Easy Setup table. 3GX Update v2.0 & v1.2 Update Downgrade Instruction ● Turn ail and elev gain dial back to the 12 o'clock position. Roll rate adjustment ● Should not be done on transmitter; Should this be done in 3GX flight mode or PC interface.
